(More customer reviews)Delivery came on time .I have small comment on packing .The box was almost open .Delivery guys did not let me to open in front.Luckily there was no big damage except minor dent on bottom.Amazon need to work little extra effort on packing especially to protect the gas control knob I did not see any protection and it could be broken with small force and I clearly saw minor scratch on .
Installation part is easy .I had old 15 years water heater so I went to Lowe's and bought water heater complete installation kit with flexible pipe .It worked great start right away.No noise , need any match and lighter for ignition .worked great .I like Rheem
