(More customer reviews)This product never worked. I call Tech support and after a test with my multimeter THEY determined that I needed a new element, and told me that one was on the way. After a week, no element. I called to follow up and they told me that they now think that it does not need this element. I wasted a week waiting for a part that was never shipped.Customer service tried to convince me that they were doing me a favor by not shipping a part that would have not fixed my problem. However if I had not called I would have never known that it wasn't shipped.
I will be sending this item back to Amazon.com and purchasing a Bosch 2gal water heater
